Lauren Goodger has made no secret of her battle to lose weight in recent months – even heading to Turkey for liposuction earlier this month.
And it looks like the former TOWIE star is clearly feeling body confident again as she shared the results of a ‘body cleanse’ with her 782K followers on Thursday night.
Baring all in a tiny brown bikini, 31, wrote: ‘When you get caught videoing yourself LOL eye spyyyy another day done of my body cleanse … details to follow soon this isn’t to be sexy it’s 2 show my results and a reason why I post these TBC.. I’ll be posting my end results soon #more#to#it#than#just#surg#body#confidence‘
Replying to a fan’s Instagram comment, she wrote: ‘Thank you Bubs! I’m starvinggg but have keep telling myself nopeeee and I’m not there yet .. can’t wait see you.’
Unhappy with her confession, one fan wrote: ‘I can’t believe she is talking about starving herself. I think she needs help. What a terrible role model for young girls who have enough body issues anyway in this day and age. I m going to unfollow. Being a mum I don’t agree with it.’
Another said, ‘I unfollowed her after this post to. Bad really that she thinks she’s actually “worked hard” for this body. When all she’s actually done it throw money at a surgeon and is now starving herself. Not what I want my daughter to be seeing.’
A defiant Lauren took to her Instagram stories to hit back at the haters, saying: ‘Don’t worry about me or what I’m doing just keep your busy hating arse comments off my page thank u.’
Lauren – who dated Mark Wrightfor ten years, before the pair split in 2011 – has documented her weight loss journey on Instagram ever since she lost four stone and dropped five dress sizes back in 2016.
After a string of unflattering pictures of her were released earlier this year, Lauren claimed photographers edit photos of the reality TV star to ‘make her look bad,’ and vowed to prove everyone wrong.

Pete Wicks has been back on the market for four months, after splitting from his on/off girlfriend of 18 months, former TOWIE star Megan McKenna in October. And he certainly seems to be taking his new single status in his stride.
Greeting us with double kisses when we meet in London for a chat about his new book, For the Love of Frenchies, Pete has a spring in his step.
And as we sit down over a plate of sandwiches, he beams, ‘Pete the pirate is back!’
Our chat comes just days after the 29-year old was linked to a mystery woman, following rumours he’d enjoyed a secret, month-long romance with Love Island’s Amber Davies, so naturally we’re dying to know what’s going on.
However, Pete denies the claims, insisting that he’s 100% ‘single’.
The tattooed hunk has certainly come a long way since he rose to fame on the ITVBe show in 2015 – gone are his ‘playboy’ days, as he travels across Asia freeing rescue dogs.
And it’s all thanks to his beloved French bulldogs Eric and Ernest, but sadly Ernest passed away back in 2016.
Here, Pete fills us in on his new book, returning to TOWIE as an eligible bachelor, and how his adorable Frenchie is getting in the way of romance…
Hey, Pete. In your book you opened up about the passing of your dog Ernest – how has it changed you?
I’m an emotional wreck now because of my dogs. I was quite a strong bloke before, but I tell my dogs everything – it really helps.
Do you do anything differently now?
100%! Especially after losing Ernest, because that was the first time I’d lost something I had unconditional love for. I was a party boy before I got my dogs, but now I can’t stay out all night.
Has having dogs helped with picking up women?
Yeah, especially French bulldogs because everyone loves them. But I don’t use it as a tactic [smirking] because a lot of the time, I think birds are more interested in the dog than they are in me. When I’m out with Eric, people don’t give a monkeys about me, they’d rather talk to the dog. But it’s definitely a good talking point.
Does Eric ever get in the way when you bring girls home?
I’ve had a couple of embarrassing moments with the dogs. Ernest was a nightmare! My dogs sleep in the bed with me, but I talk to them like kids and there’s certain things children can’t see, and there’s things that you’ve got to do in bed, which the dogs can’t be involved in, otherwise that would be weird. So at some point, I have to shut the door, and the whining outside can be off-putting sometimes [smiles]. That’s about as far as I can go on that one…
You refer to your dogs as your babies – would you say you’re feeling broody?
I know, I’m sad! Having my dogs has made me broody. I always said I never really wanted kids, but after getting Ern and Eric, I can’t wait to have my own children.
Can you see yourself settling down and getting married one day?
Yeah, 100%. I’m 30 this year [October], so I think it’s probably time for me to settle down at some point. I’ve got a lot of things that I want to do first, but it’s definitely a dream of mine to have a family.
I’m single at the moment, so it depends on who I settle down with. I would love kids and 100 dogs, so I need a nice big place for all my dogs.
Have you ever had to choose between your dog and a partner?
There have been times where I’ve had to make a decision. If my dog doesn’t get on with someone I’m seeing, for me, that’s a sign. My dog probably has a better judge of character than me, as they pick up on different energies. So if Eric isn’t keen on someone it’s, ‘Off you go!’ My dog comes first.
You denied that you’re in a relationship with Amber Davies, how do you feel about the romance rumours?
They’re really annoying. I’ve got a lot of female friends, and, at the minute, it seems I can’t go out without people assuming I’m seeing someone. It makes me just want to sit in with the dog.
Has the speculation made it hard to start a new relationship?
Yeah. It makes it difficult to be yourself when you’re out, and it can put friends – who have boyfriends – in awkward positions. But I can’t moan about it, I signed up to it.
Are you looking to find love at the moment?
I’ve done the playboy days, so if me and Eric meet someone that wants to enter our family, then you never know. But I’m not looking, because if you look for something, you don’t find it. If anything happens, it’s going to happen naturally.
Who would be your ideal woman?
I’ve always had a certain type, so I like eyes and – not that there’s anything wrong with blondes – I normally go for light eyes and dark hair. But I think that’s just going on past interests really, because if a dog-loving blonde came about, I wouldn’t say no.
Funnily enough, she’s blonde. I like [I , Tonya actress] Margot Robbie. F***ing hell, there’s just something about her!
Are you looking forward to the start of the 22nd series of TOWIE next month?
I really am. There’s been quite a few changes, so it’s going to be an interesting one. It’s always apprehensive before any series, because TOWIE can be a strain on your life, but I’m in a good place.
How do you feel about seven cast members [including Chris Clark and Amber Dowding] being axed?
At the end of the day, whether you’re getting on with people or not, TOWIE is like being in a family, so everyone will be missed – some more than others [smiles]. I’m sure they will be bringing new people in, though. Everything needs a little shake-up once in a while.
Megan’s also left, so you won’t be bumping into her on the next series…
[Laughs] I know, so I don’t have to worry about that!
How does it feel to be returning to the show as a single man?
In a way, it’s like returning to the old days – Pete the Pirate is back and all that – so I’m excited! Everyone seems to be in a really good place right now, like [best friend] Lockie [James Lock] and his girlfriend Yazmin [Oukhellou] are doing really well.
Would you like to follow in your TOWIE co-stars’ footsteps and go on Celebrity Big Brother?
At the minute, I’m enjoying TOWIE, but I wouldn’t say no to anything other than Strictly Come Dancing. Firstly, they’d never have me, so it doesn’t matter, but I just can’t dance. I’d feel like a prat going on there!

TOWIE’s Chloe Sims has had a bit of a makeover after opting for a brand new hairdo – and it’s sparked a HUGE reaction!
The reality star revealed to Instagram fans on Monday that she’d swapped her long straight locks for a curly style and posted a stunning photo of her transformation.

In the picture Chloe sports bold eye make-up as she models her bouncy new tresses and fans are seriously LOVING her change of style, with the post having racked up over 45,000 likes.
‘Wow. You look amazing.!!!’ one admirer commented, whilst another wrote: ‘Looking absolutely unreal babe! Please keep ur hair like this’
And one added: ‘you look amazing ! Your hair is goals !!!!!such a beauty’
Chloe also impressed some of her celeb pals with her revamped mane, with Lauren Pope and Kate Wright amongst those to show their love for the new look.

It certainly marks a very different look for Chloe, who we’re used to seeing rocking long and straight locks.
The TV star isn’t afraid to experiment with her style though and got her fans talking last month when she shared a stunning make-up free selfie.
Meanwhile Chloe was her usual glammed-up self when she made a surprise appearance in a special edition of Take Me Out on Saturday night.
During the show she bagged herself a date with Irishman Gavin which all went very well – until she discovered that he was only 24.
‘He’s so nice, so mature so it is a bit of a bummer because he’s so young,’ Chloe explained. ‘I think he’s a real catch and will make an amazing boyfriend to somebody who is younger.’

TOWIE’s Chloe Sims has hit out at Mark Wright after he was caught ‘liking’ some racy photos on Instagram.
The US TV presenter was seen to have ‘liked’ images posted by Rita Ora and wrestler Bella Brie last week and Chloe doesn’t approve of him doing this as she thinks it’s ‘disrespectful’ towards his wife Michelle Keegan.
‘I saw that Mark Wright liked a saucy picture of Rita Ora’s bottom on Instagram,’ Chloe, 36, wrote in her Star magazine column. ‘I would definitely be annoyed if a partner did that to me.
‘When men “like” other women’s bodies on social media, it’s really disrespectful to their wives or girlfriends. I find it cringey!’
Yikes. Chloe’s not the only star recently to criticise Mark’s actions as Loose Women‘s Nadia Sawalha also slated the former TOWIE star for ‘liking’ the revealing snaps.
‘I always try to do what I’d like back,’ the panellist said. ‘It’s unkind to your partner to like pictures of other women.
‘I’m not insecure; my Mark will sometimes say to me “I’ve got a crush.” But it’s another step to go over and point and say “I fancy this person there.”‘
Mark, 31, seems to have since unliked the picture of Rita. He’s previously spoken of being a fan of her music.
Meanwhile he interviewed Brie in his role as a presenter on US entertainment show Extra last October.
Recently Mark has enjoyed a quick break from the programme, having shared photos from a skiing trip after heading off to a resort in the States.
The TV star posted a snap of himself holding a drink and wrote: ‘Cheers what’ a weekend !! First time ever skiing in the states and I loved it.’
Gemma Collins has been doing her best Kim Kardashian impression this week as she showed off her curves in all their glory.
Yup, the TOWIE star isn’t shy when it comes to flashing the flesh on Twitter and posted a throwback from the Cape Verde set of Celebs Go Dating on Wednesday evening.
Obviously, it’s not surprising that fans couldn’t wait to comment on the sassy AF snap, as one replied: ‘Gemma you look amazing Hun!! Wish I looked half that good from behind!! Loving you on celebs go dating…hope you find your happy ever after soon.’
‘Love it, confidence is the most attractive ignore the negativity! U are happy and healthy and proud of who u are that’s inspiring xx’, commented a second.
A third simply added: ‘Yes Gemma! GIVE. IT. TO. US’. Err… you better watch out Kimmy, you’ve got some serious competition.
It comes as self-confessed KUWTK fan Gemma shocked fans on CGD as she showed off a very different look on Wednesday’s show.
The Essex lady usually loves a bit of make-up and fake tan, but E4 viewers were a little taken aback by her appearance when she was chatting to the camera – which even led hilarious voice-over Rob Beckett to joke: ‘wtf is wrong with her face?’.
And Rob wasn’t the only one, as a Twitter user wrote: ‘I literally said what’s going on with her face…. seconds before the announcer said EXACTLY the same about Gemma Collins, spooky #CelebsGoDating‘.

Since then she’s confessed to having lip fillers and Botox, lost a lot of weight before putting it back on again and toned down the make-up slightly.
As a self-confessed Essex girl, Lauren Goodger is no stranger to a pair of fake lashes and maybe the occasional layer (or three) of fake tan.
But keen to show she can also rock a slightly more ‘fresh-faced’ look, the former TOWIE star took to Instagram with a make-up free selfie on Wednesday.

It comes after the former CBB housemate was criticised last week when she shared another racy video in her underwear.
After posting the results of her ‘body cleanse’, Lauren – who recently flew to Turkey to undergo liposuction – came under fire when she told a fan she was ‘starving’.
Replying to a follower’s Instagram comment, Lauren wrote: ‘Thank you Bubs! I’m starvinggg but have keep telling myself nopeeee and I’m not there yet .. can’t wait see you.’

Taking to Instagram to debut her toned-down appearance, the mum-of-one revealed she’s ditched her typical bright locks for a subtle, curly brunette do.
Pouting at the camera, Amy looks fresh-faced as she thanked her hairdresser for the stunning makeover, telling her followers: ‘@jameswsilk finally talked me into ditching my red hair and I love it! Thank you so much for colour and my new @easilockshair” I love it’.
And Amy isn’t the only one who loves it, as fans took to the comments section to praise the 27-year-old on her incred hair transformation.
‘1000000% better’, said one follower, while another agreed: ‘Oh this suits u so much it’s very beautiful better than the red’.
A third simply wrote: ‘Wow babes you look fabulous’, and a fourth added: ‘You look amazing as a brunette! Definitely much better than red although you looked lovely in red too’.
Meanwhile, the star – who welcomed baby Polly with ex Bradley Wright back in April 2017– has also been treating fans to some adorable shots of her adorable daughter.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Amy shared the CUTEST video of Polly playing on her bed in a little, pink baby grow.

It comes after the Essex lady recently admitted she was finding it hard dealing with the ‘mummy police’ online after trying to get back into shape.
Sharing a message on Instagram, reality star Amy wrote: ‘As a new mum it’s very hard getting back into a routine as being a mummy is a full-time job, and also for me having my businesses and also a single parent, doing it by yourself is difficult.
‘I can see such a difference in my body and trying to lose weight is harder, I know I’m going to have the mum police on me for sharing this post.
‘They’ll say “You have just had a baby” but going to the gym I feel amazing and new mums out there you need time sometimes just for you even if it’s not the gym just having time by yourself!’

According to The Sun, the bosses over at ITV have recruited two new lads – and they’re no stranger to the limelight.
Firstly, we’d like to introduce you to former Ex On The Beach star and Vicky Pattison‘s ex, Jordan Wright…
Jordan currently works as a personal trainer (explains all the amazing topless shots on his Instagram) and also does some DJ’ing in his spare time, so we reckon he’s going to be up for a party.
And joining hunky Jordan is fellow Ex On The Beach star Dean Ralph – who’s best mates with current cast member Tommy Mallet and ALSO has a famous ex.
Yup, things could be about to get mega awks this series, as electrician and boxer Dean actually dated TOWIE star Jon Clark‘s ex Chloe Crowhurst.

Anyway, according to The Sun Online, these lads are pretty well known on the Essex scene and they’re also single. Can we sense a new TOWIE romance already?
TOWIE series 22: When will it start?
Well, we might not have an exact start date yet but what we do know is that the cast are reportedly heading out to sunny Barcelona to start filming on March 12.
And considering there’s usually about a one week turnaround until the show airs, it should be very soon.

As usual, you can catch TOWIE over on ITVBe. However, there are a few changes as now there’ll only be one hour-long episode a week – rather than two on Wednesdays and Sundays.

What better way to celebrate your christening than by having it on your first birthday with a huge party?
Well that’s exactly how Rochelle and Marvin Hume‘s youngest daughter Valentina Raine spent her Sunday [March 4].
Rochelle shared snaps from the name blessing ceremony in the church which said, ‘Yesterday was a special day…’
The day of celebrations included a reception party in a marquee at The Top Oak, customised gift bags for guests, a delicious looking cake complete with ballet shoes, a donut board, and at the reception there was a singer entertaining the guests as they tucked into a Sunday roast and it even spurred Marvin and Rochelle to singalong to the songs together as they sat eating their dinner.
During the Happy Birthday encore, their eldest daughter Alaia-Mai, four, was tasked with blowing out the candles on her baby sister’s cake – as she was too young to do them herself but dad Marvin ensured she didn’t miss out, as he carried her whilst she held what appeared to be a balloon sausage dog.
The whole day looked fun-filled from start to finish, and it got so wild, TOWIE star Chloe Lewis‘ mum ended up singing and dancing on the tables.
During the evening Marvin took to the mic to thanks family and friends, he said: ‘All of our friends, family, [thank you] for spending the time, taking the time, to be with us today and…who else do I need to thank?’
And following a prompt from wife Rochelle, Marvin added, ‘Thanks to Roch for organising such an amazing event for our two little girls, well for Valentina, but also for Alaia.’
And looking by all the dancing going on by the adults, the event was enjoyed by all and we have serious *FOMO right now [*fear Of Missing Out]…

We still can’t believe it’s been more than seven years since the boys and girls of TOWIE first hit our screens with their bright orange tans and slightly blinding white teeth.
And on Tuesday we were treated to one hell of a throwback from show originals Mark Wright and sister Jess after their cousin Leah posted a hilarious photo online.
In the snap shared on Instagram, it’s fair to say the Essex family look a little different from their usual glamorous selves.
While fitness fanatic Jess has brassy blonde hair and a LOAD of bronzer, she also ditched the tight dresses and stilettos in favour of a baggy pink dress with some pretty interesting sleeves.
Meanwhile, baby-faced Mark is also sporting a classic TOWIE tan as he smiles at the camera alongside Leah and footballer brother, Josh.
‘This just popped up as a memory my baby cousins how we looked so young @jesswright77 @joshwright4444 @wrighty_ #family’, Leah captioned the funny snap.
Having cracked Hollywood as a reporter for Extra TV, the telly star has ditched his chinos and smart shirts in favour of skinny jeans and tight tees. Maybe he’s taking tips off co-host Mario Lopez?
And gone are the days of partying with BFF Arg in SugarHut, as the 31-year-old actually found himself at an Oscars Gala with his stunning wife, Michelle Keegan earlier this week.
The celeb pair spent their night partying with the likes of Katy Perry and Jamie Foxx at the exclusive event inside the luxurious Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Not bad, ey?
Meanwhile, Jess has also undergone a HUGE transformation lately after overhauling her lifestyle and hitting the gym hard. Just look at that bod.

Sam Faiers is a busy mum but getting her two children ready in a morning is the least of her worries.
The 27-year-old former TOWIE star, who is mum to Paul Tony, two, and Rosie, four months, has just had the first episode of the second series of The Mummy Diaries aired on ITVbe but her life is just as hectic off screen as it is on-screen, as Sam struggles to find something to wear ahead of her appearance on This Morning, proving she has those what to wear dilemmas just like us…
Sam, who is living with baby daddy Paul Knightley in their new £2.9 million Hertfordshire home, uploaded a clip to her Instastory which gave fans a glimpse of what her bedroom is really like on an typical morning where the reality star has to get ready for work.
She captioned the clip, ‘When you change your outfit last minute this is what happened… helllp I don’t know what to wear for @itv this morning’ (sic).
The bedroom carpet can barely be seen from the stacks of boxes and clothes scattered around. No wonder Sam is having a headache of choosing what to wear as looking at this picture there’s no clear view of anything wearable. But if you thought that was bad, take a look at the other side of the room, which is just as messy.
From this side you can see the wardrobe door flung open, a suitcase emptied and shoe box opened with bundles and bundles of more clothes. And even if Sam finds something wearable, we’re pretty sure she’s going to need to get it ironed.
And if that wasn’t enough to send her into panic mode ahead of her live TV appearance, Sam later revealed she was still stuck in traffic when she uploaded an alert saying, ‘2 AND A HALF HOURS OF TRAFFIC !!! STILL NOT THERE ! AM I GOING TO MAKE IT?’ followed by four stressed face emojis.
By the look of things Sam needs a bigger wardrobe in the house – which boasts a swimming pool, sweeping landscape gardens and orangery…
We can barely keep up with TOWIE romances nowadays. Just when we thought Chris Clark and Amber Dowding were one of Essex’s strongest couples, they’ve gone and shocked us by calling it quits.
These two were dating back in 2016, but they broke up for a short period of time and Chris moved on with our Little Mix lady, Jesy Nelson.
Things have been going so well for the Essex pair, that they were even cut from the new season of TOWIE because ‘they couldn’t bring any more drama’.
Speaking about his exit last month, 23-year-old Chris told OK! magazine: ‘[TOWIE] is very dramatic and it plays on people’s relationships, and I’m quite stable in my relationship with Amber.
‘We’ve just moved out and everything is going well. I just feel like I couldn’t bring anything else to the table, as in dramatically.’
But it looks like Chris may have spoken too soon as now the couple have reportedly drifted apart since their time on the ITVBe show ended.
‘It’s amicable,’ a source told The Sun.
‘They spent a lot of time together while filming TOWIE but now they’re not on the show they’ve spent less and less time with one another and they’ve drifted apart.’
The insider added that Chris ‘has some living to do’ before he settles down, continuing: ‘He’s only 23 and has a lot of living to do, he wants to focus on his car business and other suitable TV work.’
Although neither stars have commented on the reports yet, Amber has since been sharing some very cryptic messages with her social media followers.
On Wednesday morning, the reality star wrote: ‘Quote of the day: today is the beginning of anything you want’.

We can hardly believe it’s been five years since Danielle Armstrong flew onto our telly screens as James Lock‘s fiery new girlfriend on TOWIE. Aww!
But nowadays the 29-year-old has moved on from Essex lad Lockie and left the drama of her reality show days behind her.
Sharing a video of herself in her underwear, she wrote: ‘I can’t believe how just by changing my breakfast and leading a healthier active lifestyle I’ve managed to lose 21Ibs and gained 7Ibs of muscle.’
Revealing the secrets to her transformation, Danielle continued: ‘I work out 2-3 times a weeks for an hour at the gym and I still enjoy going out at the weekends for dinner and a few drinks.

FROM TOWIE TO MOTHERS OF TWO: SAM & BILLIE FAIERS SHARE THEIR 'MUMMY DIARIES'
They were part of the original TOWIE cast, but now showbiz sisters Sam and Billie Faiers have left The Sugar Hut behind, grown up and branched out on their own for ITVBes new eight part series Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries. From Sams recent pregnancy, to Billies upcoming wedding to partner Greg - fans of the Faiers sisters will get a real insight into their family bond and how they handle the pressures of motherhood.
It’s pretty full-on when we arrive at ITV’s London studios for our interview with former TOWIE stars, Billie Faiers, 28, and Sam Faiers, 27.
Sam’s three-month-old daughter Rosie – whom she shares with her boyfriend of three years, Paul Knightley – is blowing raspberries on the sofa, as she receives tickles from a staff member.
Paul, 29, is on hand to help with his daughter, and the Faiers sisters pose for promotional pictures before Sam is pulled away to breast-feed the crying tot.
All we need is Sam’s eldest, two-year-old ‘Baby Paul’, Billie’s partner Greg Shepherd and their two children – Nelly, three, and 11-month-old Arthur – to make it a full house.
An awful lot has changed since the girls first burst onto our TV screens in the Essex-based reality show back in 2010.
They no longer enjoy wild nights out at Sugar Hut, but instead spend quiet nights in with their respective families.
However, when we quiz the siblings on their former TOWIE co-stars, including Amy Childs and Ferne McCann – the latter of whom Sam is rumoured to be feuding with – we’re told all such questions are strictly off-limits.
Nevertheless, the duo, who have launched their brand new ITVBe show, Sam and Billie: The Mummy Diaries – are more than happy to talk about Billie’s upcoming nuptials and their growing broods, which don’t seem to have put them off having more children…
Congrats on your new show! What made you do it together this time round?
S: It was a natural progression. The Baby Diaries did really well, and Billie was in it quite a lot, so it felt right to do a series together. Our families are very different as well, so people may watch it thinking they’re more like the Shepherds, or more like the Knightleys.
What’s it like being mums-of-two?
B: [Laughs] Carnage! S: It’s a lot harder than having one, because you don’t really get a moment to yourself. In the first few weeks, I was really emotional.
Is it hard to split time between both children? S: I’m lucky because Paul’s at home, so he can give Baby Paul the attention he needs, but you do worry. I kept crying and thinking I was leaving him out. B: Although it’s lovely when you welcome a new one, it’s such a big change. Nelly’s nose was really out of joint when I had Arthur, whereas Baby Paul hasn’t been jealous at all. S: He’s completely obsessed with Rosie! He wants to kiss her all the time.

Do you still want to have more children?
S: Definitely! B: Yeah. S: I want a gap now though. Obviously I could have another one tomorrow if I wanted to, but I’d feel bad for Rosie. I want her to have as much time as I had with Paul, so Paul would have to be at school first before I have another child.
Will we be seeing any of your celeb friends on The Mummy Diaries?
B: There’s extended family on the show and there’ll be a couple of parties, where our friends and their kids will be. S: To be honest though, it’s mainly focused on my family and Billie’s.
Billie, how’s your wedding planning going?
B: We’re finally getting somewhere with it. We can definitely say we’re getting married next year, so that’s really exciting.

When do you see yourself walking down the aisle, Sam?
S: I really want to get married and I’m so excited for when that happens, but I’m not in a rush at all. We’ve just had Rosie, we’re getting settled into our new house [in Hertfordshire], plus Billie’s getting married next year – so I wouldn’t want to clash with that! It will probably be a few more years before we do.
Are you helping Billie plan?
S: Yes! I’m maid of honour, so I’ll plan the hen do, help with the dress and do anything she wants, really! Billie’s great at planning though, so she’ll be fine.
Sam, you previously said you want to be in your best shape when you do get married – how are you feeling about your body?
Not that great. I know Rosie’s still young, so I’m probably being a bit harsh on myself – as we are as women – but I don’t feel body-confident at the moment. It’s just a feeling. I’ve still got a bit of mum tum.
Do you feel different to when you had Baby Paul?
Completely! When I had Paul, I feel like the baby weight just fell off without me doing anything, but I’m going to have to work at it a bit more this time.
How do you feel, Billie?
The same really. There’s always parts of my body that I need to tone, but it’s just finding the time. I said I was going to start the gym three times a week this week, but there’s no time. We’re so flat-out – we’re mothers, we work, and we don’t have nannies. It’s hard. I’m definitely going to up my game for the wedding.

Do you have body goals?
S: Yeah, but they’re really unrealistic B: Victoria’s Secret models! S: Mine are girls I find on Instagram who have amazing abs. But it’s unrealistic, because they’re so tall and gorgeous. I now use old pictures of myself before I had Baby Paul as a goal instead. Hopefully, I’ll bounce back soon.
How are you liking your new home, Sam?
It’s been six months now, and we’re really enjoying it. I suppose we’re still settling in to the area, but our new home is bigger, so there’s more space for a family-of-four and we can have our friends round.
You and Paul recently had a night away from Baby Paul, what was that like?
It was just really nice to have time to ourselves, but we didn’t do anything but relax and have a massage. We kind of spent the whole time talking about him!
Are you going to try and have more date nights?
S: I think so. Rosie is breast-fed because she doesn’t take a bottle, so I look forward to it in the future, but I don’t really mind so much. Me and Paul prefer to do things as a family.
How do you find time for date nights, Billie? B: It’s different because I’m not breast-feeding, so I’m a bit more flexible. But we don’t really have date nights either. Me and Greg like to stay in and have dinner together when the kids are asleep. It can be distracting when they’re there.
Sam, are your plans for LA now on hold?
Yeah. I still want to go back there, but it’s a bit far to travel to since Rosie is still so small. I have to do it before Baby Paul starts school though, so the plan is to go at the end of this year or next year for six weeks, and really live it!

The boys and girls of Essex have been busy filming for the brand new series of TOWIE this week. And it looks like resident fitty Pete Wicks has already found himself a brand spanking new romance.
Well, THAT didn’t take long…
Yup, the long haired Lothario all but confirmed he was dating again when he took to Instagram with a load of cosy clips next to brunette beauty and TOWIE newbie Shelby Tribble.
Sharing a snap of the ridiculously good looking pair on what looks VERY much like a date, Pete can be seen clinking his glass against Shelby’s in a bar.
Celebrating a blossoming new relationship maybe?
The 28-year-old then revealed the reality stars had continued the party back at home, as Pete posted a snap cuddled up on the sofa with the former Miss Great Britain (and his beloved French Bulldog Eric, obviously…)
With Shelby snuggling into his shoulder, we reckon these two look like a perfect Essex match… don’t’cha agree?
Pete’s Insta flirting comes just days after his TOWIE ex Megan McKenna went public with her new squeeze Muggy Mike Thalasittis.
The match made in reality TV heaven were snapped packing on the PDA while on holiday in Tenerife.
Pics of the pair on their balcony show them rubbing sun cream into each other, kissing and even Love Island hunk Mike grabbing his lady’s bum! Ooo la la.
And it looks like wannabe country singer Megs is pretty happy in her new relationship, as she recently confirmed to Star magazine: ‘We are dating, yeah. We are really good.’
In fact, things are so serious the 25-year-old even described them as ‘together’ – and if you managed to catch Muggy Mike on Celebs Go Dating this year, you’ll know that’s a big deal…
Gemma isn't exactly known for being the shy and retiring type...

Despite originally demanding a place on Strictly Come Dancing as compensation for the fall, now it looks like the Essex lady has settled for a stint on Celebrity MasterChef instead.
Hands up if you can’t WAIT to see Gem throw on a white apron and start talking about Quenelling and pomme puree.
According to The Sun, production company Remedy is behind both the awards show and the cookery show, so apparently struck up a deal.
‘Initially she was determined that only Strictly Come Dancing would do,’ a source told the publication.
‘But she’s excited about the prospect of MasterChef and it has very much cooled the tension.
‘Everyone is looking forward to having her on. She’s a great character and popular with viewers – she’ll bring something very different to the series.’
Maybe someone should pre-warn Greg and John because they have NO idea what they’re in for…
At least we know she has some experience in the kitchen as the CBB star has treated fans to pics of her fave healthy meals on Instagram.

James 'Arg' Argent and Gemma Collins take a selfie, 2 March 2018
With the brand new series of TOWIE just days away, James ‘Arg’ Argent has revealed what’s really going on with Gemma Collins – and it sounds very promising!
The TV star recently reignited his on-off romance with the GC and, despite a few bumps in the road, he thinks their relationship is possibly the BEST to ever come out of the show.
‘I think me and Gemma is the greatest TOWIE love story, because of the ups and downs,’ says Arg, 30.
It sounds like Arg and Gemma, 37, are in a good place right now but Arg admits their future is uncertain as viewers get ready to see the couple’s romance play out on screen.
‘I’m sure it will be a rollercoaster as per usual but the plan is for us to run smoothly and for us to see how our relationship unfolds,’ he explains.
‘Our current relationship is happy, close but still up in the air. The best of friends. She’s my bestie.’
It comes after Gemma and Arg seemingly confirmed that they’re seeing each other again when Gemma cheekily filmed Arg in bed next to her following a date night last month.
She quickly deleted the posts soon afterwards but the pair further fuelled the rumours just last week as Arg was seen stepping out of Gemma’s house in his pyjamas in the morning…
Arg has always been a comedy favourite with TOWIE viewers but admits that the amount of laughs he brings this series will depend on Gemma.
‘You could be seeing a bit of both [‘comedy’ and ‘serious’ Arg], it depends what is going on with my love,’ the Essex boy reveals.
One thing for certain though is that Arg sees himself staying with TOWIE for a long time yet, having been a regular on the series since it first aired back in 2010.
‘I wouldn’t say I was the King of Essex, I would say I was the Ken Barlow of TOWIE! I’m the king in terms of longevity,’ says Gemma’s fella.
‘As long as the show runs, I’ll still be on it. There’s no TOWIE without Arg.’
Well we can’t WAIT to see how the whole Arg and GC situation pans out this series!

‘If I could have my old crew back – people like Kate – I would be so happy,’ says Georgia, 26.
The reality star understands why Kate decided to take a step back from the showbiz world though and so wouldn’t want her to return if it didn’t work for her.
‘They left for a reason so in that respect I wouldn’t want them to come back,’ Georgia explains. ‘Because I feel like with TOWIE once you’ve got to a place where it doesn’t feel right for you, then you shouldn’t be on it.’
Kate announced back in September that she’d be taking a break from life in the public eye to focus on Rio, 39, and his three children Lorenz, 11, Tate, 9 and Tia, 6.
‘I’m taking a step back from the public eye,’ she told The Sun. ‘I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE, my priority right now is Rio and the family.’
Since then Kate and Rio have slowly become more open about their relationship and often share cute photos and videos together on social media.
Kate has clearly taken to family life too and opened up about being a stepmum in an emotional Mother’s Day message earlier this month.
So it looks unlikely that the reality star will return to TOWIE – but one former cast member Georgia thinks IS set for a comeback is Danielle Armstrong.
‘I do think Danni will come back and do more cameos, because that’s her, she likes it!’ says Georgia, who has been a regular on the show herself since 2014.
We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for any cheeky guest appearances then when TOWIE returns for series 22 on Sunday 25 March at 9pm on ITVBe.
It was recently revealed that she’d undergone a second butt lift after feeling insecure about her ‘flat granny bum’, and last night, Chloe Sims proudly showed off the results.
As she stepped out for The Only Way Is Essex’s press night,the reality star unveiled her new ass-et.
And did she look bootilicious, or what!
Arriving at TOWIE hotspot, restaurant Sheesh, Chlo flaunted her curves in a figure-hugging white dress, while posing for photos.
It’s pretty clear Chloe – who is mum to 12-year-old Madison – was feeling pleased with her new bum, as she turned her rear to the camera.
The 35-year-old decided to undergo a butt lift for the second time last month, after years of struggling with bodily insecurities.
Back in 2012 – after her initial op – Chloe opened up about feeling ‘unsexy’ in her ‘boyish’ figure.
Speaking exclusively to Now, she said: ‘Even before I was in The Only Way Is Essex I was surrounded by gorgeous girls with hourglass figures. Mine felt unsexy and boyish in comparison.
‘I tried everything possible to overcome my body insecurities. I wore certain clothes to make my bum look bigger and even wore knickers with chicken fillet-type padding.
‘I always had my bum in mind when I was buying clothes. I’d hate it most whenever I went on holiday and had to get into a bikini. It always looked awful, like a flat “granny” bum. With age and gravity it only got worse. By the time I turned 30 I’d ended up with a droopy bottom.’
But since flying to Marbella last month for the Brazilian reshaping surgery, the TOWIE star is said to be feeling ‘delighted’ with the results.
The likes of James ‘Arg’ Argent, Pete Wicks and Lauren Pope all put on their best party outfits to celebrate season 22 of the ITVBe show at Essex hotspot Sheesh restaurant.
But all eyes were on blonde beauty Amber Turner as she turned up wearing the EXACT same thing as love rival Clelia Theodouru. Eeeek!
Yup, the 24-year-old awkwardly rocked up to the bash in an identical white jumpsuit as the TOWIE newbie.
While Amber styled hers with a nude bag and delicate necklace, Clelia wore a lacy bra under the outfit along with some black platforms. Take a look for yourselves…
The cringe-worthy moment is made even more awkward after recent reports that the two reality stars have been caught in a love triangle with Essex’s resident Lothario Dan Edgar.
So, unsurprisingly the ladies were keen to keep out of each other’s way, as a source told The Sun: ‘They stood as far away from each other in the official cast line up when they first arrived and afterwards did everything they could to avoid each other.
‘It was so awkward, everyone was talking about it. At one point, Amber was dancing on the stage and Clelia sat down at the back of the room and glared at her.’
While Amber was in an on/off romance with Dan during last series, she was allegedly ‘left in tears’ during filming in Barcelona when her co-stars revealed Dan had been dating newbie Clelia.
‘Amber’s done with Dan’s behaviour and wants to get the last word in’, a source told The Sun.
‘She’s planning to speak to him face to face when she gets back to Essex.’
While another insider told the publication: ‘Amber feels completely humiliated by Dan and her betrayed by her friends on the show. Everyone knew that Dan and Clelia had been sleeping together for a while and she was the last to know.
‘When they told Amber she was so upset and had a huge meltdown in front of everyone.’
Eeeek! It looks like we’ll have to wait until the weekend to see what happened…
