James 'Arg' Argent is keen to get back in the dating game...

James ‘Arg’ Argent has been busy lining himself up with girls to date as soon as his nose job bandages can be taken off.

The 29-year-old TOWIE star has been bored stiff sat at home after undergoing a £6,500-worth of plastic surgery to have his nose re-shaped, but one of his BFF’s Diags (James) Bennewith has revealed his close pal has been putting his resting time to good use by using Tinder to set up some dates.

Speaking exclusively to Now at the VIP launch of Walkers Choose or Lose campaign, Diags, 26, said: ‘He’s got to have his bandages on for a week, so he can’t really go out like that but he’s been swiping loads [on Tinder] while he’s been sitting at home. He’s been setting up dates for after his nose [has healed]. I don’t know what he’s going to look like yet. It’s his Ray Liotta nose, he doesn’t shut up about it.’

Arg previously revealed that he wanted to look like Goodfellas star Ray Liotta, at the time he said: ‘’I want a nose like Ray Liotta in Goodfellas or Mark Ronson. They’ve both got really manly and Italian looking noses and that’s exactly the look I want to go for, I don’t want a tiny pixie nose, I want to look manly.’

And Diags spilled that Arg deliberately dresses like he’s Ray’s co-star Robert De Niro.

He said: ‘He dresses like that on purpose because he genuinely believes he’s Robert De Niro, that’s what he says all the time. I can’t see it. You can’t put him in the same [category].’

Nevertheless, the reality star fully supports his mate, he added: ‘If it makes him happy, he was always talking about it [having his nose done], you can see he’s happy about it already.’

He continued: ‘Some of us ribbed him about his ears [laughs] but his nose is all he wanted to do. I’ve seen it under the bandages and it should look okay, we’ll see in a couple of days when he takes them off.’

Meanwhile, newly single Diags has been inundated with offers since his TOWIE co-star and friend Lauren Pope put out an appeal to find him a girlfriend on her Instastory earlier this week, when she uploaded a clip asking him about his ideal girl, and she captioned it: ‘Come on girls hit me up… he’s single.’

Diags said: ‘I just want to find a nice girl now. I’ve had a ridiculous response from Lauren’s Instagram plea. I’ve had about 50 messages, there are some questionable characters and a lot have private but we can’t stalk them if they’re private on us.’

But he worries many girls will only want to be friends with him but following Diags split with girlfriend of three years Fran Parman, he admitted it was nice having Dan Edgar as his wingman,

Love may have blossomed the second time around...

The first episode of TOWIE kicked off last night (YES!), and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

But as well as glitz, glamour and a whole load of fake tan, there was one pair of reality stars which seemed to get people talking.

And that’s Essex newbie Amber Turner and Dan Edgar who left TOWIE fans shocked over their fierce confrontation in a Marbella nightclub.

The on/off reality pair started dating last summer, but things seemed to have turned sour after Dan told Amber it was ‘the wrong time’ to get into a serious relationship.

But despite heartbroken Amber being left in tears by the awkward run-in, it looks like the lovebirds could be very much back on after they were spotted cosying up during a romantic stroll through Essex over the weekend following a five month break.

An insider told The Sun: ‘Dan always liked Amber but he wasn’t up for having a serious relationship.

‘Amber wanted more, which is why their break up affected her so badly.’

Dan and Amber went their separate ways back in April as Dan looked to be getting pretty close to returning costar Lauren Pope, 34, – which obviously didn’t go down too well with Amber.

This has got everyone confused

TOWIE fans were left pretty confused during the show’s long-awaited return on Sunday night when many thought they’d spotted Lauren Goodger making a surprise comeback.

Sadly it wasn’t LG but was in fact was new girl Maddie Hooper, who several viewers think bears a seriously uncanny resemblance to former cast member Lauren.

Maddie made her debut in the series 21 opener alongside fellow newcomer Ruby Lacey as they joined the gang in Marbella and Twitter quickly set alight, with many watchers wondering if she might actually be Lauren’s secret twin.

‘Omg I thought that that was @LaurenGoodger back in #towie #gutted,’ one fan Tweeted, whilst another wrote: ‘I legit thought Maddie was Lauren Goodger #TOWIE’

Meanwhile one confessed: ‘Wow, has @LaurenGoodger got a twin as I thought she was on #TOWIE for a second & realised it was Maddie!’

And a stunned viewer posted: ‘Scary how much Maddie looks like Lauren Goodger! #TOWIE’

Maddie wasn’t the only one to remind fans of a cast member of past, as her bestie Ruby drew comparisons with former star Danielle Armstrong.

‘Them 2 new girls in TOWIE are a double of @LaurenGoodger & @Daniarmstrong88,’ one Twitter user remarked, and another agreed: ‘@OnlyWayIsEssex absolutely loving new series. How much do the new ladies look like @Daniarmstrong88 and @LaurenGoodger though’

Unfortunately it looks like there’s no sign of Lauren or Danielle making a return any time soon, with Lauren having last popped up for a guest appearance last year whilst Danielle left in December.

It looks like Maddie and Ruby – who are friends of Georgia Kousoulou – should provide plenty of entertainment though.

A source close to Maddie recently told The Sun: ‘Georgia has become one of the most popular TOWIE girls ever – she is well-loved with TOWIE fans and bosses wanted to bring her some mates onto the show.

‘Viewers can look forward to seeing a lot more of Georgia and her friends this series.’

TOWIE star Megan McKenna is absolutely storming life right now.

Not only has she recently kick started her country singing career by starring in her very on reality show There’s Something About Megan.

But while everything seems to going pretty well for Megs, now the Essex beauty has opened up about cruel online trolls that have taken a dig at her figure.

After sharing photos form behind the scenes of her ITVBe reality show in Nashville, the 24-year-old was hit by a few nasty comments from followers who branded her ‘anorexic’.

Speaking about body-shaming, the 24-year-old told The Sun: ‘It’s not nice as no one would call someone fat, but they think it’s OK to call me anorexic.

‘I did respond to one of them, as I was fuming.’

Megan even blocked comments from her Instagram posts after she was berated for her slim figure.

And it turns out there’s a scary reason behind the Ex On The Beach star’s sudden weight loss as she was actually in and out of hospital before filming her show due to Coeliac disease.

‘I was so ill with my belly before I went to Nashville’, she said.

‘I was in and out of the hospital and no one knew what was wrong with me, so yes I was thin as I was unwell.

‘People need to realise I’m always going to have problems with this and not troll me.’

Megan was also recently diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and has been open on her battle with Coeliac – which causes the small intestine to become inflamed and unable to absorb gluten products.

She explained: ‘It can lead to bowel cancer if you don’t control your diet, so this is a serious thing I have to live with and people need to stop trolling me.’ Too right!

Luckily, Megs – who’s currently dating TOWIE co-star Pete Wicks – is far too busy to get bogged down with the negative comments as it’s thought she’s on the verge of signing a huge record deal.

She hit No.1 and No.2 on iTunes last week with her debut singles, High Heeled Shoes and Far Cry From Love – even taking over former country star Taylor Swift.

Sunday saw single mum Steph – who is currently on holiday with baby Caben – post a bathroom picture, simply captioning it: ‘Morning’

Ricky, who was previously engaged to Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson, then replied to her tweet in the oh-so-modern language of emojis – including the love heart eyes one!

Steph’s response, also typed entirely in emojis, included the lips symbol – and soon tongues were wagging that something was going on between the pair.

Commenting on one of her later posts, one fan speculated that former Hollyoaks star Steph was ‘definitely dating Ricky Rayment’, adding that they could ‘see it a mile off’.

And the plot thickens, as Steph and Ricky BOTH liked the comment!

And a quick look at both stars’ ‘likes’ list on Twitter add further fuel to the fire…

In addition to the tweet speculating on the pair dating, Ricky also recently liked a snap of a leggy-looking Steph posing seductively in a window.

Whilst Steph’s like list shows she has been getting VERY tap-happy whilst checking out Ricky’s tweets…

Earlier this year Steph finally ended her relationship with Jeremy McConnell – whom she met and fell in love with during Celebrity Big Brother 2016 – after the Irish model was found guilty of assaulting her in August.

Jez avoided being sent to prison following the conviction, and instead was handed 20 weeks in jail suspended for six months and he must also carry out a Building Better Relationships course with the Probation Service, as well as 15 days of Rehabilitation Activity Requirements.

Meanwhile, Ricky started dating Marnie in January 2015. They got engaged a few months later when Ricky made a guest appearance on Geordie Shore to propose in the Greek Islands.

But, like so many reality TV relationships before them, their love did not last, and the couple split later that year.

Marnie later went on the discuss their relationship in her autobiography Stripped Bare, with the Geordie lass branding him ‘moody’ and ‘unkind’.

She might have built her career as a reality star, but former TOWIE babe Kate Wright has revealed she’s done with TV and has sensationally QUIT the limelight to spend more time with her boyfriend, Rio Ferdinand.

The famous pair were first linked back in December 2016, but Rio only just shared the first ever snap of the duo last month as Kate joined his family at Blanco Beach Club in Portugal.

Taking to his Instagram account, Rio posted a snap of his entire family with girlfriend, Kate beaming right in the middle.

Next to the sweet shot, the footballer told his 2.4million followers: ‘Decent day with the fam’, alongside a heart emoji – which made us all go ‘N’awww’.

Fans of former TOWIE star Frankie Essex have rallied around her after she revealed she never wants to wear a bikini again after being fat-shamed following her recent weight gain.

Opening up about the cruel incident which happened whilst she was soaking up the sun on holiday with best pal Casey Bachelor, Frankie, 30, wrote on Twitter: ‘Was having a lovely day at the pool with @caseybatchelor until someone decided to call me fat a few sun loungers down from us so hurtful.’

A few minutes later she added, ‘I don’t even want to wear a bikini now feel so uncomfortable.’ 

However, Frankie, who recently celebrated her thirtieth birthday, was immediately inundated with messages of support from her fans.

‘People are so jealous your [sic] definitely NOT fat and you’re really beautiful,’ one told her.

‘People knock you down where they are jealous. Don’t give these bitter people your time and energy. Hold your head high,’ another said.

Whilst a third added: ‘Ignore them! You have a lovely figure! Clearly jealous of you, I wouldn’t worry what people like that have to say.’

Meanwhile, best pal Casey, who was with her in Spain at the time, lent her support saying: ‘Jealous idiots babe! They wish they were having as much fu as us. I think it’s sangria time!’ 

However, the cruel jibes from fellow holiday goers must have been particularly tough for Frankie, as she recently admitted she’s felt depressed after gaining a stone in weight.

Speaking recently Frankie explained how a painful knee injury had left her unable to exercise.

She told The Sun: ‘It’s annoying cos I’ve put on a bit of weight. I’ve put on a stone. Not being able to go gym – you eat and it makes me a bit depressed cos I can’t go gym.’

And, as chuffed as we are for Megs, we can’t help but be a lil’ concerned for the future of TOWIE… *especially* considering people are now speculating that Megan might quit the show for good in order to fully focus on her music.

Last night, Megan had taken to social media to share that she had been awarded the best newcomer award at the second annual Boisdale Music Awards.

Sharing a snap of herself proudly holding her award, Megan writes: ‘O M G! I just won The Best Newcomer award!!! Now THIS is being hung on my wall! What a mad week….. bring on the future #joolsholland’.

Along with countless congratulations for the Essex lady, many fans have also replied to Megan’s good news with messages urging her to ditch reality TV for her music.

One user shares: ‘Congrats hun. Now time to walk away from towie. All they do is turn that smile into a frown . Move on, move up’.

‘She’s riding on the crest of a wave right now,’ a source says. ‘She’s doing well on TOWIE, she’s massive on social media after all the memes and and everyone is a bit obsessed with her.

‘She in talks to sign up but it’s early days. Nothing is set in stone yet. Producers know there’s a bit of heat around her right now so she would be great on the show.

‘Gemma really wants a chance to prove herself and set the record straight.’

It sounds like the idea of a Gemma comeback has even had approval from Declan Donnelly, who presents the show with Ant McPartlin.

‘Gemma has been backed by Dec,’ the insider tells The Sun Online. ‘He thought she was really good [last time she was on] and he told Gemma she would be great if she came back to the show.’

The 36-year-old left the jungle after only three days in 2014 and recently revealed that, despite visibly struggling during her brief spell back then, she’s keen to try another stint down under.

‘I want to go in again and give it another shot,’ she explained earlier this month. ‘I feel that opportunity was taken away from me through no fault of my own.

‘I’m ready now and I want people to know what really happened to me.’

Gemma has claimed that her dramatic exit last time was due to an altercation with ex-boyfriend Alex Moss shortly before she flew out to Australia.

‘I took all the abuse and the stick about leaving the jungle,’ she recently said of her early departure from the series. ‘And every year when the jungle comes on I dread it because people bring up leaving the jungle.’

So will we see GC back in the jungle once again? Fingers crossed…

The show largely revolved around the love triangle of Mark, Lauren and Lucy Mecklenburgh, with Mark reportedly cheating on fiancée Lauren with his ex Lucy while they were on holiday in Marbella. Reports emerged after Lucy was spotted on his balcony in the Spanish resort. Mark and Lauren split for good in 2012, and while he went on to marry actress Michelle Keegan, they’re never far from a Twitter war or barbed Instagram post. Ouch.

Chris Clark and Amber Dowding

Where do we start with this one? Chris and his on/off girlfriend Amber have a turbulent dating history, with lots of break ups and reconciliations. While they were very much off, he started dating Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson, but then admitted to dumping Jesy in a text message – from Amber’s phone. Weird! Amber said: ‘All I can say on Chris’s behalf is that it wasn’t done in a negative way. He wasn’t 100% in the relationship and he had to end it when he ended it and that was that. Lydia gave her man James more than his fair share of second chances during their time together, and they tried giving their relationship another go as recently as 2016, but it wasn’t meant to be. Arg admitted that he had even cheated with one 
of Lydia’s pals, Amy Childs, disclosing in 
2014: ‘I’ve never revealed this before but I actually cheated on Lydia with Amy Childs.’ 
The pair most recently split in May 2016 after James relapsed into cocaine use. He’s since cleaned up his act and is now appearing on Celebs Go Dating.

Mario Falcone & Lucy Mecklenburgh 

Italian stallion Mario was the ultimate Lothario on TOWIE, dating Lucy Meck until 2012. The pair were engaged – but their relationship broke down after a series of cheating allegations. Mario allegedly did the dirty on Lucy with shop worker Jade Thompson – who he sent a string of flirty messages to. Jade told Now at the time: ‘I feel sorry for her. He’s making a mug of her.’ Fans saw a tearful Lucy discover the messages on Mario’s iPad on TOWIE. The pair got back together, but split again in 2013 when Lucy found yet more messages on his phone. 
To get revenge, she tweeted his mobile number to fans – as well as chucking red wine 
in his face on the show. Nice.

Pete Wicks and Megan McKenna

Where do we start with these two? Currently together (we think), there’s been trouble in paradise since early on. Pete and Megan got together in April 2016, but it emerged that the long-haired hunk had been sexting his ex, model Jacqui Ryland, 
in September last year. Jacqui revealed: ‘He 
was doing the public affection thing with her and then sending me these messages. I just feel really sorry for Megan. Clearly she is 
a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve 
and I think he could potentially really hurt her.’ Megan was hurt and the pair had a series of blazing rows on the show, but seem to be back together… for now.

James Lock and Danielle Armstrong

When weren’t Lockie and Dani having a massive row? The fiery couple never seemed to get past a series of problems which involved James’ inability to talk about his feelings, Dani’s miscarriage, and James’ reported cheating. James admitted to Ferne McCann in 2014 that he’d been a ‘naughty’ boy, and eventually told Dani: ‘Before we was official, I did sleep with some girls… like three.’ He later admitted that he’d been sexting other women while they were official, and was rumoured to have had 
an affair with Jessie Wallace’s sister, Danielle Mason, as well as Big Brother star Sallie Axl. 
As Danielle would say, Jaaaaaaaames!

Bobby Norris and Harry Derbidge

Poor Bobby Norris deserves 
a lovely man more than anyone on TOWIE. He dated Harry Derbidge in 2014 and the pair were love’s young dream – until it came out that Harry had cheated on Bobby with his ex. Harry admitted on screen: ‘This is the truth. I did sleep with my ex.’ Having seen texts on Harry’s phone, Bobby said, in true Bobby fashion: ‘I’m not Stevie Wonder, I’ve got two eyes and I’ve seen the text messages.’ At least he kept
 a sense of humour about it…

Ferne McCann and Charlie Sims

Ferne and Charlie were on and off from the moment they entered TOWIE until they finally called time on the relationship for good. Charlie was accused of cheating on Ferne after he was spotted with a blonde 
in Ibiza in 2013. Seeing the photos, Ferne’s best friend Sam Faiers tweeted: ‘I cannot believe BOYS… 
I’m disgusted !!!! Love u 
@fernemccann. Makes me sick.’ The two overcame the scandal, but more cheating claims emerged when it turned out Ferne had been dating Frank Major while still with Charlie in 2014. Frank said Ferne was ‘crazy’, and had a ‘split personality’ once they finished dating. Ouch.

TOWIE star Tommy Mallet has been caught up in some major drama after his antics on the show sparked a bit of a backlash…

The TV star came under fire from viewers during Sunday night’s episode when Megan McKenna ended up in tears, having become upset over Tommy’s remarks that she only made up with Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green because she ‘doesn’t have any other friends’.

Tommy, 24, was left fuming about this and appeared to SLAM the programme in an angry Twitter rant afterwards.

‘After watching that scene… The only way is Essex can go f*** themselves… That’s all I’m saying,’ Georgia Kousoulou’s boyfriend wrote.

The comment – which was soon deleted – shocked fans and many even called for him to LEAVE the show.

‘Lets hope Tommy leaves!! use 2 like him & Georgie but it’s so horrible 2 watch them now on #TOWIE constantly going for @Megan_Mckenna_,’ one viewer posted on Twitter.

Another wrote: ‘Tommy Mallett you’re a joke! Boot him off #TOWIE’

Despite removing the message, Tommy continued to dig at his co-stars on social media.

‘Big up Towie…. Little snakes,’ he wrote before posting an image reading: ‘People are blind to reality and only see what they want to see.’

Meanwhile girlfriend Georgia poked fun at the deleted messages when she responded with laughing face emojis to a fan’s Tweet reading: ‘@MissGeorgiakx and @tommy_mallet deleting there tweets left right and centre #agenttoldyouoff’

It all comes after viewers slammed the couple for their behaviour towards Megan, with some calling them ‘mean’ and ‘nasty’.

‘U used to be so lovely! @MissGeorgiakx @tommy_mallet What happened?!There’s a difference btn being “real & honest” and being mean. #Towie,’ one Twitter user posted, whilst one said: ‘How vile are Tommy and Georgia lately. If they aren’t bothered about Megan they need stop getting themselves involved then #towie’

And one even wrote: ‘I’m surprised Georgia and Tommy haven’t been reprimanded by producers this is SHOCKING #towie’

Whilst Megan has stayed quiet on social media about all of the drama, Tommy has continued to hit back.

‘You’ll love me next week… & if you don’t… Go brush your teeth,’ he Tweeted amidst the fallout.

Sounds like this series of TOWIE will bring some serious drama!

TOWIE‘s James ‘Arg’ Argent recently revealed he was having a nose job to increase his confidence.

And although the reality star previously shared snaps of his bandaged face, he has now unveiled his new nose.

Arg has finally revealed the results of his rumoured £6,500 nose job.

The Essex lad took to Instagram on Saturday to share a string of snaps of his night out at the boxing.

But we were more delighted to see Arg’s new nose.

And it’s safe to say he is looking fab!

In a recent interview with The Sun Online, Arg revealed that he is SO happy since getting his nose done.

The TOWIE star added: ‘I’m so much more confident now. This is just another example of me bettering myself, it looks exactly how I wanted it to.’

‘I’m losing all the weight, and in such a great place mentally now, so this feels like the final step in my transformation.’

And we are very happy to have Arg back on our screens after he went to Thailand to go to rehab ‘to battle his demons’.

And the reality star is definitely back to his best on TOWIE and in hit E4 show Celebs Go Dating, and Arg seems well and truly ready to test out his new nose.

In the interview he revealed: ‘When I used to kiss girls my nose was so big that it would sometimes end up poking them in the eye.’

‘I’d then try and angle it right so we could have a proper kiss, but then it would get caught on her nose too!’

Oh Arg, here’s hoping those problems are long behind him.

The 27-year-old captioned the snap, ‘Monday never looked so good’, but it’s safe to say Lyds is the one looking real good!

And fans of the star couldn’t help but share their amazement at her fab bod.

‘Hello abs casually there xx,’ one user wrote.

Another commented: ‘Omg Lydia you look bloody amazing!!!! So jealous’.

Whilst a third added: ‘Aba abs abs @lydiabright you need to do a blog post on this gorgeous’.

And even Lydia’s ex TOWIE co-star Mario Falcone couldn’t believe his eyes, he wrote: ‘Lyds with the abs’ followed by several clapping emojis.

Whilst her mum and regular TOWIE fave Debbie credited her good genes for her daughter’s body writing: ‘You’ve inherited your perfect body from me’.

Lydia’s latest pic comes just weeks after she shared a candid no make-up selfie embracing her natural beauty.

She is currently working with fellow reality stars TOWIE’s Joey Essex, Made in Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan and Ex on the Beach star Ashley Cain.

They’re in Greece and are said to be filming for a new E4 show, called Five Star Hotel, with details about the show still being kept under wraps.

But with a star studded reality line up like that, it’s sure to be highly entertaining.

Former TOWIE star Kate revealed earlier this month that she’s quitting showbiz to focus on her relationship with Rio, 38, as well as helping with his three children.

Kate is Rio’s first romance since the tragic death of his wife Rebecca, who passed away in 2015 aged 34 following a battle with breast cancer.

The couple had sons Lorenz, 11 and Tate, 9, together as well as daughter Tia, 6.

Rio and Kate were first rumoured to be dating in January but only recently went public with their romance when they posed for a photo together with Rio’s relatives on holiday last month.

Kate also proved she’s a hit with the kids by cuddling Rio’s sleepy daughter Tia in one seriously cute snap.

The reality star broke her silence on the relationship earlier this month and revealed that she’s removing herself from the spotlight to focus on her new man and his family.

‘I’m taking a step back from the public eye,’ she told The Sun. ‘I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE, my priority right now is Rio and the family.’

Fans aren't too happy about this

TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou has sparked an almighty row amongst viewers after making a rather controversial comment on Wednesday night’s show.

The reality star came under fire from fans of the series when she told boyfriend James Lock during a discussion about household chores that she thought mopping was a ‘girl’s thing’.

She also confessed that she might not have the hots for her man anymore if she saw him doing certain cleaning tasks.

James had offered to do more around their home after Yazmin had suggested that he wasn’t doing enough but Yaz didn’t seem keen on him performing particular jobs…

‘I don’t want you to be mopping up and stuff, ‘cos I think that is a girl’s thing,’ the brunette told her boyfriend. ‘I probably wouldn’t fancy you if I see you mopping about.’

She went on to say: ‘I think you could help a bit more with things without being told.’

Whilst James seemed okay with the comment, Yazmin’s remark infuriated many viewers who were quick to show their anger on Twitter.

‘To mop up the house is a girl thing? Are you actually stupid or what? To clean up after yourself is feminine? #towie,’ one fumed. ‘Im actually spun at the stupidity to clean after yourself is feminine?’

Another fan wrote: ‘Yaz saying “mopping is a girl’s thing” made me so . You can’t air that when young viewers might look up to her #TOWIE’

And one Tweeted: ‘Yaz gives girls a bad name. She finds men doing housework unattractive. Go back to the dark ages. We are all equal! #towie’

Yep, people were NOT happy about this…

Both Yaz and James kept quiet about the row but James joked that they should have their very own spin-off show.

‘Ain’t gunna lie! Think me and Yaz are wasted on #towie #WhatLockieAndYazDidNext?’ the TV star joked on Twitter.

Thankfully later in the show Lockie did help out with the washing up, so Yaz must be okay with him doing that job…

Former TOWIE star Kate got her Instagram fans talking on Thursday when she uploaded a snap in a home gym and wrote in the caption: ‘Workout timmmeee @meldeane12 ’

This led many eagle-eyed followers to point out that Kate, 26, was almost certainly using the facility at Rio’s house, which is recognisable as he’s frequently shared social media posts from the gym during his own workout sessions.

‘Looks a lot like Rio ferdinands gym 🤔🤔,’ one commented, whilst another simply added: ‘Rio’s house !’

And one said: ‘Lovely home gym Rios got ’

Not only that but Kate also tagged personal trainer Mel Deane in the post, who often works out with 38-year-old Rio at his pad.

The reality star certainly seems to have been spending an increasing amount of time at Rio’s house if her Instagram activity is anything to go by, having recently posted a video where Rio is seen filming her during a training session.

She also shared a very rare picture of them together in the garden earlier this month as they both performed exercises.

This latest speculation about Rio and Kate’s romance comes after Kate broke her silence on the relationship for the first time this month and revealed that she’s stepping back from the limelight to focus on her boyfriend and his children.

‘I’m taking a step back from the public eye,’ she told The Sun. ‘I want to keep my life private as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE, my priority right now is Rio and the family.’
