Chris chose a pretty harsh way to end the romance...

TOWIE star Chris Clark appears to have confessed that he DID dump Jesy Nelson by text – and to make matters worse, he did it from now girlfriend Amber Dowding’s phone.

The reality star broke up with Little Mix star Jesy in April after a short-lived romance and endured the wrath of her many fans when rumours circulated that he’d messaged her whilst she was on tour in America to end the relationship.

He’s now come clean about it and seems to have no regrets.

‘I was never going to escape it. I had to just deal with it,’ says Chris, 22.

‘She was on the other side of the world. I am happier now than I ever have been.’

The TV star adds: ‘I used Amber’s [phone] to do it.’

However, Amber has now DENIED that Chris did this despite his quotes by posting a lengthy message on Twitter in which she blasts the ‘false stories’ circulating.

‘This was never said by either of us because that never happened,’ she posted on Monday night. ‘Chris and I had no contact while we were separated. He didn’t text anyone from my phone.

‘Everyone has moved on, and we wish the media would too!’

The journalist who conducted the original interview has hit back at Amber and insists that the quotes came ‘directly’ from the couple and that the chat was filmed.

Chris rekindled his previous romance with Amber, 24, soon after his split from 26-year-old Jesy and Amber was previously quoted by The Sun as coming to his defence over the seemingly rather harsh way he ended things with Jesy.

‘It wasn’t my relationship but all I can say on Chris’s behalf is that it wasn’t done in a negative way,’ she explains.

‘He wasn’t 100 per cent in the relationship and he had to end it when he ended it and that was that. I don’t want him to ever receive a backlash from it.

‘In life you have to think about yourself and be selfish sometimes.’

The drama doesn’t seem to have affected Chris and Amber anyhow as they think they’re stronger than ever as a couple and have looked loved-up whilst filming TOWIE in Marbella over the past week.

‘We understand each other a lot more now,’ says Amber. ’We’ve come back together and it just works.’

Meanwhile Jesy moved on after her split from Chris by deleting all traces of him from social media and has since reportedly struck up a new romance with musician Harry James.

Little Mix fans are still furious about the way Chris broke up with her though and have trolled him on his latest Instagram post, with many calling him ‘trash’ and leaving snake emojis in the comments. Yikes.

During a recent trip to Marbella to film for the ITVBe reality show, Gemma once again showed the world what she’s made of with a unique rendition of The Hills Are Alive from The Sound of Music.

Dressed in a billowing pink maxi dress, Gemma burst into song in a seriously windy car park – which only added to the dramatic effect.

Sharing a clip on Instagram, she wrote: ‘Maria Von Trapp. Might do panto this year. #soundofmusic today in Marbs #filming.’ Can you imagine The GC in panto? It would be incredible!

The reality star has opened up after being struck down by a mystery illness

Filming for the new series of TOWIE is well under way – which means we can look forward to glam outfits, flawless bodies and obviously a whole load of drama.

But one thing we didn’t expect to see, was one of the cast mates being struck down by a sickness bug.

Unfortunately that’s exactly what’s happened to poor, Amber Dowding who has been left vomiting uncontrollably for the past month after falling ill.

The Essex lady – who’s dating her co-star Chris Clark – was due to be filming with the rest of the TOWIE gang in Marbella but was forced to miss it after her health scare.

Even more worryingly, the 24-year-old has no idea what’s making her so ill with the doctors unable to get to the bottom of it ether.

And now Amber has opened up about her horrific ordeal after spending the last few weeks stuck in her hotel room with Chris by her side.

‘I’ve been ill since I flew out to Bali last month,’ the Essex-born hairdresser told The Sun Online:

‘I don’t feel sick all the time, it comes on in waves. I start gagging and heaving and then I’m sick.

‘Then I’ll be alright for a while before it starts all over again.’

Being so ill, the blonde beauty hasn’t been able to have any fun with her pals either, having to completely avoid drinking alcohol and partying.

The reality TV star has also said that though she has had tests, the mystery illness still hasn’t been diagnosed.

‘The TOWIE team took me to hospital for tests, I gave blood and urine samples and they all came back fine,’ she told the publication.

Adding: ‘I felt anxious because being away from home when you’re ill is horrible. I stayed in the hotel a lot but it wasn’t my own home.

‘It comes in waves. One minute and I’m sick and then I’m not. I just want a specialist to give me some answers. I want tests to find out what has happened.’

The reality TV star also went on to explain how a romantic break in Antigua with Chris was ruined after she was forced to abandon a romantic beach dinner to be sick.

Amber said: ‘My family are worried. Chris and my family always call me drama queen but after seeing me being sick so much and seeing how poorly it makes me, I think they know I’m being serious and they want me checked out.

Before adding: ‘Chris has been really good and he’s been taking care of me.’

Rio Ferdinand and Kate Wright have been enjoying a nice holiday in the sunshine – just a month after officially confirming their relationship.

Even though they haven’t been pictured on each other’s accounts, the pair – who’ve been dating for several months – have been filling up their Instagrams with snaps from their break in Portugal.

In one, the former footballer is enjoying a well-earned glass of wine toasting Manchester United’s 4-0 victory over West Ham, with his wedding ring clearly visible.

Rio’s wife Rebecca Ellison sadly died in 2015, after battling breast cancer.

Fans praised Rio for still wearing the band, despite his wife passing away over two years ago.

One commented: “I love that even if he is trying to move on he still wears his wedding ring.”

Rio admitted earlier this year that he wasn’t ready to stop wearing the ring.

But it’s not just Kate and Rio on holiday together – with the Ferdinand family in Portugal too. Kate shared a snap of a lunch on the beach with his sisters Remi, Anya and Chloe Ferdinand.

They all spent yesterday chilling on a boat together, with both Rio and Kate posting snazzy shots of their life on the high seas to Instagram. We’re totally jealous.

The couple went public with their romance back in July, after Kate posted a picture of five pairs of feet, wearing matching white Yeezy trainers. The ten feet were widely believed to belong to Kate, Rio and his sons with Rebecca, Lorenz, 10, Tate, eight and daughter Tia, six.

‘Lauren and Jon have been enjoying each other’s company in Essex and Marbella,’ an insider told The Sun. ‘They’ve gone on several dinner dates and have grown close during filming.

‘The rest of the cast think they’re really well suited and even Jon’s brother Chris approves of their blossoming relationship.’

Both Jon and Lauren have kept quiet about the rumours but were photographed looking cosy whilst filming a meal out with other TOWIE cast members over the weekend, with Jon appearing to give his co-star a kiss as he left the table.

Meanwhile Chloe has had a tumultuous relationship with Jon, with Jon accusing her of secretly jetting off to take part in Love Island whilst they were still dating.

They later made up and briefly rekindled their romance after Chloe had left the villa but it didn’t last.

The pair were joined at the hip for the most part of last series, with Pete often confiding in Chloe during his explosive break-up with Megan McKenna.

But now that Pete and Megan have become Pegan once more, it looks like Chloe’s relationship with the reality hunk is no more.

Megan and Pete’s fiery relationship caused a fair few rows with the rest of the cast last series – with Pete falling out with both Chloe and good pal Tommy Mallet.

But after reconciling just a few months after their bitter break up, Chloe wants nothing to do with the pair, slamming: ‘No one really cares about them getting back together – they need to try and keep it a little more to themselves this time.

‘People aren’t really bothered which way it goes.

‘I hope this time round their relationship isn’t as toxic – I wish them luck and I guess we will see.’

And it looks like Pete agrees that his friendship with Chloe is done, also telling The Sun: ‘There’s no point in forcing it.’

Mike Hassini has opened up about his mums health battles.

After his hiatus from the show, Mike Hassini prepares to make his TOWIE return next season- and we’re v. v excited.

Following landing himself in a lil’ hot water with the big ITV bosses in 2016, after becoming caught up with drink driving allegations, Mike has been absent from our screens for almost two years.

However, he’s officially back- and he’s bringing a whole new bangin’ bod with him!

However, Mike hasn’t just been getting buff during his time away from the show- and has actually had a pretty horrible time, which he has now opened up about.

Speaking with The Sun, Mike candidly shares: ‘It has been a difficult year. My mum has not been well’.

The 22-year-old then explains, ‘She was diagnosed with breast cancer in January, my sister was hospitalised with septicaemia and my Nan passed away. A number of things have gone on’.

Very movingly, the Essex ‘fella continues: ‘I wanted to change my life and focus and be more disciplined in myself and take my training and fitness more seriously. I have been focussing on that’.

And it would seem that Mike has been able to do just that, as a TV insider has also shared with the publication that ‘Mike has come a long way in the last year’.

The insider adds, ‘He had a lot of growing up to do, but he’s focused on himself and has turned over a new leaf’.

Things heated up on Instagram on Thursday evening when TOWIE star, Georgia Kousoulou slammed Little Mix after they ‘mocked’ an advert she appeared in.

The Essex girl faced a bit of criticism for the ‘Everything Five Pounds’ TV ad which sees her wearing a load of clothes — everything from ripped jeans to yoga gear — and boasting that they’re just a fiver.

And it appears that LM lady Leigh-Anne Pinnock was a fan of her work, as she took to Little Mix’s official Instagram page to share her own version of the bargain-hunting promo.

Looking relaxed in a cream hoodie, sunglasses and her hair in a messy bun, the X Factor star recreated the advert in a restaurant first holding up a packet of butter and saying: ‘This pack of butter? Five pounds.’

Continuing the joke, she then heads over to a jar of cookies and quips: ‘This jar of cookies? Five pounds.’

Before mimicking the TOWIE star’s yoga impression and announcing: ‘Yoga lessons? Five pounds.’

But perhaps unsurprisingly, the video didn’t go down too well Georgia who’s now slammed the band – which also includes Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall – saying she’s ‘shocked’ and ‘upset’ by the clip.

‘I’m shocked and upset to see you have used your social media to made a video mocking the advert I did,’ she commented underneath the post.

‘You are the last group of girls I would have ever imagined mocking a girl for trying to make a living.’

Following Georgia’s comment, loads of followers flooded the post to share their own views on the video.

‘I love Little Mix… but this is a bit harsh’, said one fan and another added: ‘Just disgusting taking the p*** out of other women’.

While a third stuck up for the Power singers insisting ‘they never meant it maliciously’.

Twenty-six-year-old Georgia – who’s dating co-star Tommy Mallett – then continued to comment on the post, replying to one fan saying the clip had ‘really upset her’ and she ‘took it personally’.

When another LM fan tried to defend the stars she blasted: ‘So because the advert was FUNNY which it was supposed to be, someone with a MASSIVE following is allowed to take the p**s out of me doing it?’

Before finally adding: ‘I’m not going to say any more guys but you should never do something ‘funny’ on someone else’s behalf. Girl power is what they believe in. This AINT girl power’.

It marks the first time that the couple – who are thought to have been dating since the beginning of the year – have shared a snap in which they both appear and it’s got fans pretty excited.

Rio has sons Lorenz, 10, and Tate, 8, and daughter Tia, 6, from his marriage to late wife Rebecca Ellison who tragically passed away in 2015 following a battle with breast cancer.

Since her death Rio has continued to wear his wedding ring and has been seen sporting it during his holiday with Kate.

Georgia, 26, starred in a clip for Everything5Pound.com – and 25-year-old Leigh-Anne later shared her own video imitating her with an exaggerated Essex accent.

‘Georgia confessed things between her and the Little Mix girls turned weird after fellow TOWIE star Chris Clark dumped Leigh-Anne’s band mate Jesy Nelson to get back with his ex-girlfriend Amber Turner.

‘Little Mix blocked Georgia on Instagram and, shortly afterwards, Leigh-Anne posted the mocking video.’

Georgia, who hasn’t spoken of the fall-out yet, commented below it with: ‘I’m shocked and upset to see you have used your social media to make a video mocking the advert I did.

Just days after they shared they first ever photo together, Kate Wright and Rio Ferdinand have made another touching statement about their relationship in a sweet new photo.

It looks like former TOWIE star Kate has struck up a bond with Rio’s children as she’s posted a cute snap showing her cuddling the former footballer’s daughter Tia, 6, whilst posing with other members of his family on holiday.

In the shot the reality star beams for the camera as she tenderly holds Tia in her arms whilst Rio’s sisters and relatives stand beside her.

Fans have been praising Kate for the moving photo, with one commenting: ‘This just makes my heart melt…what a gorgeous group of women plus one dolly who clearly adores you @xkatiewright’

It comes just days after Kate and Rio, 38, made their Instagram debut together when they posed next to each other for a group shot with Rio’s relatives during their sunny vacation.

As well as Tia, Rio has sons Lorenz, 10, and Tate, 8, from his marriage to late wife Rebecca Ellison who tragically passed away in 2015 following a battle with breast cancer.

Rio and Kate – who are rumoured to have been dating since the start of the year – previously sparked speculation that Kate had met the children when they each posted near identical photos of five pairs of feet modelling Yeezy trainers in July.

It looks like Kate is getting on well with other members of the Ferdinand family as well, having posted a picture alongside Rio’s sister Sian on Monday with the caption: ‘Best day @blancobeachalgarve with my @siaany5 ’

TOWIE star Amber Dowding has spoken out about allegations that she was caught up in a huge row with boyfriend Chris Clark at V Festival.

Reports emerged over the weekend that the couple had argued in the VIP area after Chris’ brother Jon argued with former co-star Fran Parman, leading to Amber dragging Jon away.

This apparently sparked a disagreement between Chris and Amber which resulted in Chris ‘storming off’ after his sibling.

‘Chris started shouting at Amber after she dragged Jon off of Fran,’ a source had told The Sun. ‘She seemed upset but gave as good as she got. She was having a go at him in front of everyone in the VIP area which was pretty awkward.

‘Chris looked really grumpy and stormed off to find Jon and then Amber looked really teary and went off to the mates to the loos.’

However, Amber has now hit back at claims and denies that any such row took place.

‘when did this happen then? You need to get better sources .. me and @ChrisJClark_ had the best day,’ the 24-year-old wrote on Twitter.

She also claimed that she wasn’t even aware of any argument between Jon and Fran.

‘Didn’t even know it happened so not sure how I pulled them apart,’ Amber added.

Along with this Amber posted a happy selfie of her and Chris, 22, and said that they had had a ‘good day’.

Meanwhile Chris shared the same photo and wrote: ‘We had such a good day yesterday @vfestival @amberdowdingx ready to go again’

He also reTweeted a message from a fan who had supported Amber when she denied the row reports.

Chris’ brother Jon appeared to quash talk of a spat between him and Fran too, having Tweeted about the story of them being ‘pulled apart’: ‘Accurate as always #CompleteBollcks’

The Essex star has some strong opinions about her pregnancy

Since announcing her pregnancy earlier this year, TOWIE favourite Ferne McCann has been showing off her blossoming baby bump on social media.

But with only a few months to go until her due date in November, the Essex star has also been giving fans an insight into life as a mum-to-be.

And it turns out Ferne has some pretty strong views about one particular aspect of her pregnancy, as the 27-year-old has admitted she’s determined not to find out the little one’s sex.

The expectant mum told Reveal magazine: ‘One of the main reasons I didn’t find out is because I’ve been dreaming of the moment that the midwife or my mum holds the baby up to me and says “It’s a…”.

She then added: ‘So many people do that whole gender-reveal party, but I’m really against it.’

Eeek! It looks like the reality star isn’t taking after pal and new mum Binky Felstead who revealed she was having a little girl on an episode of Made In Chelsea.

Ferne continued: ‘I’m a very impatient person and I thought I’d want to know but now I’m just enjoying every moment so I want the surprise.’

Arthur is will be tried in October over the alleged attack at Mangle club that left two victims partially blinded and 14 people burnt.

I’m A Celeb star, Ferne has since opened up about bringing up her baby alone, previously insisting: ‘It’s not about me but about my child. I’ll do my best for my baby.’

It wouldn’t be summer without a ton of envy-inducing photos of celebs partying it up, Ibiza style. But the White Isle is a special place for a reason – and it’s not your standard Spanish island…

Sure you’ve got clubs, boozing and many topless beefcakes, but there’s just something mystical in the air in Ibiza that makes it that extra little bit special. Maybe it’s something to do with Es Vedra, a rock a few miles from Ibiza out to sea which is said to be the third most magnetic place in the world after the Bermuda Triangle and the North Pole.

Or maybe it’s the fact that celebrities from Leonardo DiCaprio to Kate Moss, Justin Bieber to the TOWIE crew flock to Ibiza each summer.

Whatever it is, we’d argue that the island is as magnetic with its healing properties as it is with its amazing restaurants, pool parties and clubs – and here’s our list of the definitive places to hit up this summer if you want to make like a celeb.

1) The pool party

The calm before the storm at Ocean Beach…

Ocean Beach Ibiza in San Antonio is equal parts fun to crazy and is a day out that you’re not going to forget in a hurry. From Ed Sheeran to Leigh-Anne Pinnock, all the celebs have all partied here, and there’s a reason for it, too. When we headed down we feasted on sushi platters and cocktails in coconuts, as well copious amounts of delicious Absolut Elyx vodka. There’s a lot of glitter, a lot of booze, and a lot of laughs. And don’t expect your makeup to stay in place once you’ve had a dunk in the pool. This isn’t one if you want to chill – although you can certainly lounge around on the day beds – but it’s perfect if you want a party that will take you from day through to night.

Sushi to die for

And if you’re feeling adventurous, head to the island’s water challenge/massive inflatable obstacle course, Ocean Mania. This writer didn’t make it very far – you need serious muscle to make it round this Ninja Warrior-style maze, but it’s a good laugh – even if you’re just bobbing about in the sea while your mates actually go for it.

2) The restaurants

We’d like all of this food again right now

You’ll want some more food in your belly before you head on a big night, and you’re in luck because Ibiza is a mecca when it comes to eating out. STK Ibiza is one of the hottest restaurants in town at the moment, with the likes of Eva Longoria, Vicky Pattison and the Made In Chelsea crew hitting the steak joint regularly. We feasted on the restaurant’s signature steak and burgers and were entertained by dancers and magicians while we did so.

Another big shout out goes to Destino – this seriously classy outside restaurant and resort in Talamanca has sea views while you’re chowing down on the freshest of fish and is a welcome space to relax and dine on fine cuisine away from the madness of San Antonio and the rest of the island’s clubs. Even party-loving celebs need a bit of downtime.

3) The clubs

Pacha is gorgeous inside and out

It’s not Ibiza without clubbing, now is it? We all know the island is rich in clubbing history and it’s almost overwhelming deciding where to go out of a night. We recommend Pacha for chilled drinks in the outdoors, as well as a vast dancefloor filled with feather-adorned professional dancers – and lots and lots of shots. We headed down to Hot Since 82’s Labyrinth club night which hosts DJs like Derrick Carter and Pete Tong this season.

We also hit up Hï, a brand new club which sits where iconic club Space used to be. We went to see mega-DJ Black Coffee and were captivated by not just his deep house music but the club’s amazing light show, the spacious outside, and, er, the dancefloor that also doubles up as a toilet. Friday at Hi is more of a disco affair, with club night Glitterbox taking over. There’s something for everyone here.

The yoga spot

Ibiza’s not just about partying…

Celebs need some time out from partying too, and yoga is a big deal over in Ibiza. We chilled out with a glorious, restorative yin session at YogaFit Retreats which was the perfect way to cure an achey head and get us appreciating life again. Well, that and a big nap afterwards.

The company runs yoga retreats all year round, so you can get your zen fix throughout the year. Maybe best not to combine this with intensive clubbing for the best results, though…

The hottest hotel

A much needed chill session by the pool

Celebs might hire out luxury villas but Ibiza is notoriously pricey and we went for a bolthole in a great location. Hotel Playasol the New Algarb is situated in Playa Den Bossa, just around the corner from clubs like Hi. The clean, bright hotel is right on the beach, and has a pool you’ll want to chill out at when your head is pounding. Trust use.

Practical info: how to get there

If you really want to push the boat out, then make like a celeb with a flight on Surf Air. It’s a private jet charter service – for reals – without the massive price tag attached of, you know, buying your own plane…

THE way to fly!

Pret and Burger King? Not here…

Well stocked with booze and snacks, you’ll get to breeze straight through security at a private terminal which cuts out all the queuing and makes you feel like a massive A-lister. You’ll save hours on your journey – and it’s probably the most Instagrammable experience we’ve ever had.

Or you could just book an Easyjet… either way, get yourself to Ibiza and enjoy all it has to offer before the end of summer, or miss out.

30-year-old Mark, who has been known to spin a few decks in his time, is making a surprise trip to Marbella to surprise his cousin Elliott Wright. 

Taking to Twitter, Mark shares that he will be DJ’ing at Elliott’s Marbella resturant: ‘Just surprised my cousin @elliottwright_ and landed in Marbella to do a special Dj set for him tomorrow night at his event @OliviasLaCala’.

However, it would appear that Mark wasn’t about to head to the Spanish resort solo- and has decided to drag his pal Arg, a semi-profesh singer, along for the gig!

Replying to Mark‘s message, the official account for Elliott‘s restaurant writes: ‘Yes! You read right!@MarkWright_ special DJ set at Tomro’s event with @RealJamesArgent’.

A promo account for Elliott’s restaurant has also shared a snap of Mark and his cousin, captioning it: ‘What a night tomro is gonna be! @MarkWright_ just surprised @elliottwright_ landed in Marbella to perform special DJ set!!! @OliviasLaCala’.

Wish we could be there boys!

However, this won’t be the first time the ‘fella’s have performed together (though we’re pretty sure they’re probably wishing it was) – as both boys actually exchanged rap verses during their time on TOWIE, even agreeing to be the next ‘Blazin’ Squad‘.

Former TOWIE star Sam Faiers had only just tidied up when she found her boyfriend Paul Knightley and their son Paul, sat in the middle of a ball pool in the playroom with all the toys scattered around the floor. OH-oh!

Sam uploaded the cute video to Instagram of her 19-month-old son playing, whilst she vented her frustrations in a softly spoken manner, by saying to him: ‘What are you guys doing? I just tidied this whole room. It’s bed time look at the mess.’

Oblivious to his mother’s pet hate, baby Paul continues to giggle and look at his dad whilst pulling faces.

The next morning, Sam enters the playroom to find that for what was once tidy moments before, now had toys strewn all over the place.

Sam can be heard saying to her son, who is walking around in odd-coloured shoes: ‘You’ve just trashed the room again, in seconds, and where did the bay leaves come from?’

Aside from the mystery green leaves scattered on the floor, Paul proceeds to play at the table picking up toys and throwing them onto the floor.

Sam adds: ‘What are you doing? Oh my God.’

No matter what Sam posts of her son, he always looks like butter wouldn’t melt and we would easily forgive him in an instant with those cute dimples and beaming smile.

Sam has previously shared snaps of Paul from a recent family trip to Spain. In the pic, Paul is looking super smiley as he rocks a very cute red dungaree set with collared tee and white shoes. OH, and he’s holding a tiny Peter Rabbit ball.

The 26-year-old, who is expecting her second child, certainly has her hands full with the one she’s already got… something all mums out there can TOTALLY relate to, right?

Yup, the new couple first sparked relationship rumours last week when they were spotted sipping wine over a flirty tapas meal.

The TV star and reality babe – who reportedly met through mutual friends – were snapped walking arm-in-arm as they left the fancy dinner in London. Ooo la la.

And now a representative for Pascal has confirmed they are indeed an item, telling The Sun: ‘It’s very early days. They had a wonderful night. Let’s see what happens.’
