Brunette beauty Cara Kilbey suffered a miscarriage in March this year - but is now happily pregnant once again
Former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey has announced she is pregnant, just six months after tragically suffering a miscarriage.
The brunette beauty announced she miscarried at five months pregnant in March this year, leaving her and boyfriend Daniel ‘devastated’.
But the star is now six months into a new pregnancy, and decided it was time to share the happy news – revealing it’s been a worrying time.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Cara said: ‘I was so nervous up until the 20 week scan. I’ve been trying to relax and enjoy my pregnancy but there’s always been a niggle of worry.
‘Now I’ve got past that point and everything is perfectly healthy, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can start getting excited.”
Cara also revealed how she found out about the happy news on holiday in Thailand – just two days after she and Daniel launched a lantern into the air in their baby’s memory.
She told the magazine: ‘Daniel and I knew we wanted to get pregnant again straight away so I was overjoyed when I found out I was expecting two months later.
‘I can see how something that traumatic can break up a couple. But we saw a different more caring side to each other and it brought us so much closer.’
At 22 weeks along, Cara is due in February – and doesn’t plan on finding out the sex of the baby, so she can buy twice as many clothes!
Cara’s happy news was greeted with excitement by her best mate Billi Mucklow - who recently gave birth to her first child, son Arlo, with West Ham player Andy Carroll – with Billi posting on Instagram: ‘So Excited And Happy For @carakilbey Can’t Wait To Meet This Bubba And Spoil Him Or Her With Kisses #22weeks #BumpyLove #ArlosBestie’
Cara also revealed she has swapped messages with her fellow former TOWIE star Sam Faiers, who is currently expecting a bundle of joy too.
