Many viewers have just about had enough of this
TOWIE served up another eventful episode on Wednesday night which saw Tommy Mallet and Pete Wicks come to blows after Tommy and Georgia Kousoulou’s explosive chat with Megan McKenna.
But juicy as it might have been, these latest scenes have sparked a huge backlash from many viewers who have grown tired of the focus on Pegan’s ongoing split drama.
Is Pete Wicks set to QUIT TOWIE over Megan McKenna rows?
Megan, 24, and Pete, 27, have seen their break-up play out on screen ever since it was aired in an episode back in March and it’s affected almost all of the cast, with Chloe Sims and others getting caught up in the fighting.
And with the newest episode of the series placing a lot of focus on the storyline, lots of fans have voiced their anger on Twitter.
In fact some have even accused the plot of RUINING the programme.
‘How boring are Pete and Megan now #TOWIE,’ one viewer posted, whilst another wrote: ‘When did #TOWIE change to the Megan & Pete show?!?!’
Meanwhile one fumed: ‘The Pete and Megan storyline is ruining the show, as Tommy said NO ONE cares #TOWIE’
A fellow annoyed viewer added: ‘No one gives a s*** about the Megan & Pete situation, but it’s been literally all they’ve spoke about in every episode? Ok. #TOWIE’

Yikes. Megan and Pete both kept quiet on social media during the episode but Tommy hinted at the drama by Tweeting: ‘True colours always show…’
So is the fallout set to rumble on even LONGER? It certainly looks that way…
Viewers who have had enough of the storyline will be hoping that it all wraps up nicely when the current series of TOWIE reaches its finale next week. Something tells us it’s going to be an explosive one after SO much drama.
Despite the heavy focus on Pete and Megan, there are still other stories to keep an eye on including Chris Clark’s reconciliation with Amber Dowding after his split from Little Mix star Jesy Nelson.
