Could Gem have just found her sperm donor?
It was pretty emotional watching TOWIE favourite, Gemma Collins visit the fertility clinic last week.
In a quest to become a mum, the single 36-year-old decided to freeze her eggs but on Wednesday (5th April) Gem was told the devastating news that her ovarian reserve was too low – with the doctor explaining: ‘That means that the number of eggs in your ovaries has come down significantly, it is not a very good result.’

But with IVF and a sperm donor still on the cards for Gemma, now the Essex lady could have just found the answer to her fertility struggle in the form of a VERY unlikely pair…

Because Big Brother runner-up, Hughie Maughan has told the star that his fiancé and former co-star, Ryan Ruckledge wants to have a baby with her.
Yup. The reality couple met on the show last year, and after getting engaged in September they’re now after a child themselves and have reached out to GC in order to help her fulfil her dream of becoming a mum.
Taking to Twitter, Hughie wrote: ‘@missgemcollins if you need a sperm donor my boyf @ryruckledge is wanting a child soon and I don’t have a f*nny so he needs an egg donor.’
Although Gemma hasn’t replied to the message yet, it might not be such a wild idea as the I’m A Celeb star has previously admitted she’s so desperate to have a baby that she’d trade in her Cartier watch and Range Rover to become a mum.
And in Essex – that’s a big deal…

Gemma has also been making some lifestyle changes in order to help her chances of falling pregnant, and after slimming down she recently confessed the emotional motive behind her body transformation.
‘If you are overweight and you’re trying to have a baby, you’re at a 40 percent chance basically. so less than half way,’ she explained to returning star Charlie King.
‘I need to lose weight.’
But with a psychic recently telling the star she’s going to have a baby in the next two years – let’s hope Gem gets her dream soon!
