Nanny Pat passed in December of last year
Jess Wright believes she was contacted by her late grandmother Nanny Pat.
The former TOWIE star took to Instagram to tell fans about the strange encounter. She shared a snap of the Essex legend, who died in December last year, which she believes her grandma used to communicate with her.
The 31-year-old captioned the pic: ‘When my home screen saver is the full pic of this and then my phone freezes for 6 minutes zoomed into it… you know she’s there.’

And fans flooded to the page to offer their support for Mark Wright’s sister. One fan wrote: ‘Our favourite Nanna Pat, miss and love you dearly.’
Whereas another said: ‘She seemed like such a beautiful person who loved you to the moon an beyond ur very lucky to have such amazing family ur lovely jess don’t ever lose that shining smile of ur much love [sic.]’
Nanny Pat was famous for her one-liners and for giving sage advice to the younger members whether they wanted it or not.

The ITVBe show celebrated her 80th birthday with a royal wedding themed party — and of course Nan dressed as the Queen — shortly before her death.
And she always had a big effect on the lives of the cast, especially Jess Wright. In a tribute episode for her, Jess paid emotional tribute to her grandmother: ‘If I was upset, she’d just be there for you.’
