How do you motivate yourself to keep fit?
‘I like to look at Instagram models because I want to look like them. I wanna be a beach babe in a bikini, all the time.’
Do you have a favourite body part?
‘The bottom half of my legs, I don’t like the top bit. My least favourite part is my shoulders. They’re naturally quite broad and I can’t change them. I think I need to get them chiseled down!’
Have you got a guilty food pleasure?
‘Oh my God, Pick and Mix sweets. I love the blue and pink bottles, they’re so good. They’re actually unbelievable, I dream about them.’

Now’s expert sports nutritionist Ollie Frost gives his verdict on her daily diet
BREAKFAST: I don’t eat breakfast, and I know people say that’s bad.
OLLIE SAYS: Don’t expect to fight the day without breakfast, it restores glucose levels, an essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. A hearty bowl of porridge with mixed berries is a perfect choice.
Cals: 0
LUNCH: Poached egg with avocado on toast.
OLLIE SAYS: Eggs have been shown to keep people feeling fuller for longer, due to the high protein content. According to research those who ate six eggs a week were more likely to lose weight than those who didn’t eat any eggs at all.
Cals: 314
DINNER: My favourite dinner is Spaghetti Bolognese.
OLLIE SAYS: Spaghetti Bolognese can end up being a highly caloric meal, try replacing the spaghetti with courgette noodles and using low fat mozzarella.
Cals: 650
SNACKS: Sweets. I love Greek yoghurt too.
OLLIE SAYS: Greek yogurt every time, it’s high in protein and probiotics to maintain a healthy digestive system. Greek yogurt will help increase satiety, the feeling of fullness.
Cals: 240
OLLIE’S VERDICT: Chloe should include a healthy breakfast to maintain a healthy energy balance throughout the day. A simple porridge or fruit smoothie can easily be included. Skipping meals could potentially lead to overeating and poor diet decisions at other points during the day.
Total cals: 1204
